Greater Altoona Girls Softball Association will consider applications from food vendors wanting to setup a mobile food truck/unit/tent for GAGSA hosted events at Sam Wise Softball Complex. Vendor applications will be collected from September-March. Vendor applications will be reviewed by the GAGSA board in April. No new vendor applicaitons will be considered for the current softball season after April 1st.
Once approved as a vendor for an event, the information below will be required and copies must be provided at least 14 days prior to the event. Vendors will not be permitted if any of these items are missing or not current.

2. City of Altoona, Iowa Mobile Food Vendor Permit: Found Here
3. Certificate of general liability insurance in the amount of $1 million or more per occurrence and $1 million for property damange.
4. Detiled menu of all items being sold including pricing, ingredients, and allergy information.
